Inspired by our visit to the Internet Librarian conference in London 8-9 October 2007, I’ve decided to make an executive decision and set up a blog for the National Library of Scotland’s Digital Library division, primarily so that we can all update it with reports of conference visits/site visits, but also to just provide a casual update of what’s going on in the world of the Digital Library. Hopefully, this will be something that other departments can keep an eye on to see if anything changes and may serve as something of an introduction into some of the fascinating software and concepts that have sprung up around web 2.0 !
This is just a starter for 10, but I’m looking to see if this can catch on…… wish us luck.
